Once we are aware of the terms foreclosure and mortgage and redemption we can easily understand what the things that should be in the checklist are. Often the checklist contains some five important things. Do not panic once you see a legal notice or a paper signed by a lawyer or a judge. It does not mean that you have to follow their instructions straight away. You have every right in the world to fight against them not physically but through some legal process along with your lawyer. But for that there are some certain things to be followed. There has to be a plan for that. Never ever assume that you will be on the losing side. You have equal rights to fight them back. Usually the Houston foreclosure checklist contains the mortgage documents. The other things the foreclosure checklist contains are the bills which show that the mortgagor has paid the interest for
certain period of time and at certain point of time he has failed to do so and as a result of that there has been a due. The thing which would enhance the probability of a mortgagor win is those documents which can be used as an evidence or proof for failure to pay the dues on time and therefore the mortgagor side can be strengthened. Also make sure that every adult in your family knows about your problem so that you may find some of the members of your family helping you in one way or the other.
